How does it work?

A través del formulario disponible en nuestro sitio web, la comunidad vecina nos puede hacer llegar sus sugerencias, quejas, consultas y/o reclamos, el cual es enviado automáticamente al área responsable que gestionará la respuesta correspondiente. Al envío de la información, le llegará al email ingresado una respuesta de acuso de recibo, dando inicio al proceso de gestión interna. Para ello, le solicitamos rellenar todos los campos requeridos.

According to what is established in our mechanism, the receipt of the Acknowledgment will be within a maximum period of 3 business days and the response will be sent to the indicated email, within a maximum period of 10 business days from the receipt of the message. If a longer term is required to deliver the response, the contact person will be informed via email.
