ENVIRONMENT
The commitment of Minera Arqueros is to preserve the environment in balance with the project activities, supported by compliance with current environmental legislation and the agreements that the company voluntarily signs with State agencies, private organizations and the community; in order to implement environmental awareness practices, both in the workers themselves, and in the collaborating companies.
COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIP - "CHOWA"
Since the beginning of the project, there has been a relationship with the surrounding communities, promoting an open, respectful and honest dialogue, seeking harmony with its inhabitants and generating development opportunities for the surrounding towns.
"CHOWA" is the Japanese concept in which Community Relations is inspired and which means "harmony that makes you feel at peace".
SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
The Company's Occupational Health and Safety Policy establishes the framework to safeguard employees and interested parties, through adequate risk management and a strong commitment to a Preventive Culture.
For this, the objective is the effective management of the risks present in the productive processes and activities, making risk prevention a tangible and conscious fact for our workers and the collaborators of the contractor companies, promoting "ZERO DAMAGE".
